Do you install residential systems?
No, Sabre only installs systems for commercial and governmental clients.
Where do you operate?
Sabre typically operates in the New York Tri-State area, but we have customers in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC and South Carolina and are willing to travel further afield, depending on the project.
Do you employ security guards?
We instruct our clients to contact Corporate Investigative to hire security guards since Sabre does not employ them.
Do you install burglar alarms?
Yes we do, although this is usually part of a larger system. We use a reputable monitoring service on Long Island.
What are your payment terms?
We expect to be paid within 30 days of the completion of a job.

We accept MasterCard and Visa.
What kind of training does Sabre offer its technicians?
Sabre technicians receive over 40 hours of training per year and all Sabre technicians are certified by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering (NICET) certified in Video Security Systems.
What kind of maintenance agreement do you offer following an installation?
Full warranty for one year, including parts, labor and preventative maintenance visit/s.
Does Sabre use proprietary products?
Sabre does not believe in proprietary products and avoids them whenever possible.
What products does Sabre use?
Sabre is an authorized dealer for Avigilon, Brivo, IndigoVision, Honeywell Access, MaxXess, Siedle, and Bosch. We also deal in Pelco and Honeywell Video.
What kind of safety policy does Sabre employ?
Sabre has a comprehensive safety policy which has been reviewed by external agencies to ensure we are compliant with latest safety regulations. Our technicians receive ongoing training allowing Sabre to work on complex installations.
Do you supply bomb dogs?
We have our clients contact the The Stapleton Group since we do not supply bomb dogs.
